My work is to help you summon the hero of your story.

Life has a way of going up and down, and with changes in circumstances (or performances), you begin seeing things with new eyes. You’re aware enough that you could use some help.

Typical challenges include:

  • Finding a solution to a training or mindset challenge;

  • Your gremlin roommate (inner voice) is holding you back and it’s time to write their eviction notice;

  • You want to win and out of competition. Try my 12-week program where we will grow our potential by learning addressing the following categories:

    • Goal-setting;

    • Self-talk;

    • Differences of Controllables vs Uncontrollables;

    • Measuring daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal progress;

    • Preparation for a game or competition;

    • Overcoming adversity;

    • Making athletic affirmations;

    • Mental toughness (& it’s gifts!).
