UPCOMING CLINICS BOOK SESSION

Hey swimmers! This is coach Milo.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from you all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"Nutrition Tips For Age Group Swimmers So They Become Tall & Strong Boys and Girls!"

Answer:

First, I’m not a nutritionist. But many young swimmers don’t drink enough water. Also, what’s healthy for adults isn’t always sufficient for growing athletes.
Puberty requires calories. Growing swimmers need fuel. For proper guidance, consult a pediatric nutritionist. Bring your child’s schedule and a full week of food intake including snack times.

Summary:

Growing swimmers need hydration and sufficient calories. Consult a pediatric nutritionist for personalized advice.
