Clinic Description

Jeff Natalizio returns to Washington for a two-day specialty clinic focused on IM transitions, backstroke skills, breaststroke skills, and the approaches that connect them. Swimmers will work through technical details that often decide races, including starts, breakouts, pull-downs, crossover turns, and stroke-to-stroke transitions. Expect high-level teaching, video content, a 3:1 swimmer-to-coach ratio, and detailed summaries to help athletes retain and apply what they learn.

Session Options

Day 1 – IM and Backstroke Skills + Approaches: 15:00 – 18:00 PST (180 minutes)

Day 2 – Breast and IM Skills + Approaches: 15:00 – 18:00 PST (180 minutes)

What You’ll Learn

  • Day 1: IM and Backstroke Skills + Approaches — dryland drills, streamline floating skills, starts, transitions to dolphin kick, back breakouts, and IM open turns onto back into fly.
  • Day 2: Breast and IM Skills + Approaches — dryland drills, crossover turns, breast pull-downs, and back-to-breast transitions.
  • Expect video content, a 3:1 swimmer-to-coach ratio, and full summaries to reinforce learning after the clinic.
