UPCOMING CLINICS BOOK SESSION

Hey swimmers! This is coach Milo.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from you all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"What's The Craziest Time Drop Milo Cavic Has Seen?"

Answer:

Young swimmers can drop massive time — even two minutes in a 500 freestyle — but they’re growing and adapting rapidly.
At the professional level, time drops are tiny. Athletes fight for hundredths of a second. A half-second drop at elite levels raises eyebrows.
Time drops must be viewed in context of age and development.

Summary:

Large time drops are common in youth swimmers due to growth. Elite swimmers improve by fractions of a second.
